RICHMOND, VA, February 23, 2015 — comparenow.com, the leading insurance price comparison website in the United States, has announced today that it will now operate as Compare.com, simplifying its name to better align with its services.
The company, which has operated as comparenow.com since it launched in March 2013, felt its recent success in signing 40 insurance companies to its panel, and future geographic and product vertical expansion plans, made now the appropriate time to create a simpler identity.
“Despite the name change, we remain the same great organization with the same high standard of quality products and services that we have always had,” CEO Andrew Rose said. “The only thing that has changed is the name, which is now more consistent with our customer proposition: simplicity, efficiency and value.”
