These are the Cars Celebrities would Drive if they were Alive Today

Lauren Bacall Modern Car
Think about it. If we lived forever, we wouldn’t have to have a dream car. We know that we would eventually get it because we would have all the time in the world to work toward it. And we wouldn’t have to have just one dream car; every 50 years we’d have a new one until eventually that dream car would be a hovercraft.

Every famous celebrity, musician and big shot always has the best-of-the-best vehicles on the market because they worked for it. Kim and Kanye have a $500,000 Mercedes. And yes, some people don’t have to work to get awesome things: Kylie Jenner received a Lamborghini for her 18th birthday. But not all of us are Kardashians…

Since we’re given only 70 or 80ish years, we have to work very hard to make our dreams come true, including making our ‘dream car’ come true. Think of cars as extensions of people. The style and type of car reflects the personality of the person buying it. Some people like the flashiness, while others care more about the environment, safety and features.

Elvis Presley's pink 1955 Fleetwood CadillacBack in the day, Elvis “The King” Presley had the best car of his time, a Pink 1955 Fleetwood Cadillac. Of course Elvis had a Pink Cadillac, what’s flashier than a Pink Cadillac? It matched perfectly with his slick and showy persona.

Those old Hollywood stars had their own unique style about them, something that distinguished who they were and differentiated them from others. Marilyn Monroe had her sultry, shill voice, her curvy body and short curls. Audrey Hepburn was famous for her “Breakfast with Tiffany” little black dress, pearls and long cigarette holder. Judy Garland was known as the innocent farm girl from Kansas who stayed stuck in a spiraling fantasy world throughout her career.

So if these dead Hollywood Starlets we’re still alive today, what would they drive?

Audrey Hepburn Lexus IS350Audrey Hepburn: A Red 2015 Lexus IS 350 C

Audrey Hepburn, the epitome of elegance, always dressed to the 9s. Naturally, her vehicle needs to match her style. She’s a modest lady who cared less about materialistic things and more about helping others. The 2015 Lexus IS 350 C isn’t too expensive, but it’s still fancy enough to complement the loveliness that is Audrey Hepburn.

Lauren Bacall: A White 2016 Jaguar F-Type Coupe

With her deep voice, piercing eyes, strong liberal views, smarts and uncommon beauty, Lauren Bacall’s no woman to mess with. Bacall can hang with the guys and do any man’s job. Nothing can stand in her way and her Jaguar F-Type Coupe would show that.

Dead Celebrity CarsFrank Sinatra: A Brown Metallic 2016 Mercedes Benz SL 550 Roadster

He is the absolute triple threat: the greatest singer of all time, bad boy and ladies’ man. A full-blooded Italian New Jersey boy with rumored mob connections, Sinatra is the picture of the fanciful ‘50’s big band splendor. He always sported impeccable dress. The Benz Roadster is just as untouchable as he is.

Judy Garland: An Orange 2016 VW Beetle Convertible R-Line SEL Trim

Like many child actors, becoming a huge star after her lead role in the Wizard of Oz at the age of 17, she ended up having problems later in life. Though she had a successful career as an actress/musician, she never had it together in her personal life. Garland never had time to find herself outside of work, always living in a fantasy world. The Beetle is the ultimate fantasy car, looking like it just popped out of a cartoon.

Jimmy Stewart: A Granite Metallic 2016 Dodge Challenger

Jimmy Steward was the modest, small-town guy who used his shortcomings and charm as a way to distinguish himself in Hollywood. He was not only an actor, but served in the Air Force for years as well. He never flaunted himself as an actor or an airman. He was simple, but dangerous. The ultimate American deserves the ultimate American muscle car, the Dodge Challenger.

If these five stars were alive today to buy these modern dream cars, they’d also need to get affordable car insurance to protect their investment. We can’t be sure, but they’d probably compare insurance prices on
