How to Enter:

No purchase, payment, or contribution is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a policy will not improve chances of winning. To complete your Entry, enter your ZIP code on the Cameron Alford landing page and complete the questionnaire. Entries are complete once Entrant completes the quote process and is offered prices and policies from various insurance companies.

The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter for a chance to win the Prize. The odds of winning the Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

Winner Confirmation Process:

The Winner shall be decided based on a random drawing. The Winner shall be chosen within 1 day of the end of the Giveaway Period. The Winner does not need to be present, attending or watching the Campaign live by electronic transmission or by any other means, at the time Cameron Alford and Compare.com announce the Winner to claim the Prize.

The Winner will be notified within 10 days of the drawing via email. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner, Compare.com may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing. Compare.com is responsible for shipping the Prize to the Winner, when applicable. The Winner will not be responsible to pay for any Prize shipping.

Other restrictions may apply. Compare.com and Cameron Alford shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

Prize Logistics:

If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Compare.com and Cameron Alford a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The winner of the Prize (“Winner”) will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with filing taxes or otherwise reporting the Prize as income.

If the Prize has a value above $600, then Cameron Alford will provide the Winner with a 1099 form for income reporting purposes to the Internal Revenue Service. If the Prize is valued at $5,000 or more, then Cameron Alford or Compare.com shall require the Winner to pay 25% of the fair market value of the Prize for federal tax withholding purposes, and Cameron Alford or Compare.com may request additional local state tax withholding values as well.
