About The Lamborghini Gallardo

The Lamborghini Gallardo is just one of the many vehicles in the Lamborghini lineup that will turn heads. “Gallardo” is the almost-generic name for an entire line of high-performance, high-attention-getting, high-sexiness vehicles manufactured by Lamborghini. Many of the associated models have the word “super” in their name. It has also been spotted being driven as a police vehicle in Panama, Italy, and Los Angeles.

In addition to turning heads on civilian roads, the Gallardo and its ilk have a long and storied history as track cars. Not surprising, since the original Gallardo came with a 5 liter V10 engine, with an extra-fast-shifting six-speed transmission dubbed “E-Gear.” The Gallardo tops out at about 200 miles per hour, and we couldn’t find any reviews about things as banal as interior space or comfort, because it’s a Lamborghini.

About Lamborghini

Founded in 1963 with the stated aim of producing a grand touring car, Lamborghini is known today for their sleek, powerful sports cars. The brand is owned by Volkswagen by way of its luxury brand Audi, and produces just shy of 2,000 vehicles a year.

In its fifty-year history, Lamborghini has gone through multiple sales and buyouts, and has had several different owners spanning the globe. Their consistent dedication to making high-end, high-quality roadsters has withstood all of these changes, and the brand continues to expand its influence and grows stronger every year.

Lamborghini Gallardo Environmental Impact

The Gallardo is a high-end sports car that makes a lot of noise and drinks gasoline like people in this office drink coffee. If you’re worried about the environment and want to turn heads, go check out the Tesla Model S. Otherwise, enjoy your gas-guzzler. It’s very pretty.
