Finance & People Services Manager
This person will be responsible for overseeing the finance and people operations of Compare.com, covering a wide range of activities from accounting to payroll to recruiting to compliance – a real Swiss army knife for all corporate operations. In addition to advocating sound and consistent Finance and HR practices, you will be responsible for providing a high level of coaching and counseling to managers and employees to enhance their development, engagement, and individual contributions.
