The Best July 4th Car Sales for 2017
You’re seeing July 4th car sales everywhere. But is July the best month to buy a car?
We’ll be honest: Not really. While you’ll see lots of ads on TV, and red, white and blue balloons floating at the dealership, July isn’t know as the best month to buy a car. The deals aren’t ideal if you’re looking for a good price.
However, you can still find fantastic deals on specific cars, trucks and SUVs, depending on what you’re looking for.
We’ve picked out a few of the best 4th of July car deals for 2017.

Chevrolet’s 4th of July Car Deals
Chevrolet is trying to move some cars, so they are offering select models at below its suggested retail price. The 2017 Sonic, for instance, is going for 20% below MSRP, potentially saving you around $4,000. And the 2017 Silverado pickup is being offered at 17% below MSRP, resulting in savings of nearly $8,200. Check out the rest of Chevrolet’s 4th of July car deals here.
Toyota’s 4th of July Car Sales
For July 4th, 2017, Toyota’s offering 0% financing or up to $2,750 cash back on various 2017 models. Not too bad. Toyota also offers a special $750 rebate to students who will graduate from college in the next six months, or have graduated in the past two years, when they buy certain models of Camry, Corolla, Prius c, RAV4, Tacoma and Yaris.
Don’t drag your feet: Toyota’s College Grad Rebate program ends July 5.
Mazda’s July 4th Car Sales
Like the groovy 2017 Mazda3? We do! And until July 5, Mazda’s offering 0% financing plus $1,000 APR Customer Cash or $2,000 Customer Cash, for the sedan or the hatchback. The same offer’s valid for the Mazda6. Mazda also rewards current Mazda owners with $500 toward a new vehicle purchase or lease.
Nissan’s 4th of July Car Deals
The Nissan Versa is already the cheapest new car you can buy in 2017, and Nissan’s sweetening the deal with $1,000 bonus cash or $500 grad cash on the Versa.
That’s not the only July 4th deal from Nissan: You can get 0% financing plus $3,300 savings on the 2017 Altima, which is going for up to $5,550 off MSRP.
Hyundai’s 4th of July Car Sales
Hyundai is celebrating 30 years of selling cars in the United States, and so is offering some substantial deals that coincide with July 4th. You can save up to $6,750 on a 2017 Sonata; up to $6,000 on a 2017 Santa Fe Sport; up to $4,250 on a 2017 Elantra; or up to $4,000 on a 2017 Tucson. There are 0% and low-APR financing deals on these Hyundais, too.
Lexus’s July 4th Car Sales
Looking for a deal on luxury? Lexus is offering $1,000 Lexus Cash until July 5 on the IS, ES, RC, RX, CT and NX models; $1,500 Lexus Cash on the GS; or $3,000 on the LS. Then again, if you’re willing to drop around $72,500 on a 2017 Lexus LS, three grand may not matter that much to you.
