Honda Fit Car Insurance

June 18, 2018

At the North American International Auto Show in 2006, Honda debuted the Honda Fit. Praised for its practicality and surprisingly generous space inside, the Fit has quickly become one of the most awarded subcompact cars in the US.

U.S. News & World Report are big fans of the Honda Fit. They awarded the 2018 Honda Fit #1 in subcompact cars, 2nd in Small cars, 2nd in Hatchbacks and the Winner of the 2018 Best Subcompact Car for the Money.

The Honda Fit comes in four different specifications. You can choose from the LX, Sport, EX or EX-L. For those looking for something more modern, the Sport is your best pick. Underbody spoilers and chrome exhaust tips make it look closer to its sportier cousin: the Honda Civic.

Looking at base models, The Honda Fit is one of the higher priced subcompact cars in the range, comparing the Chevrolet Sonic and Ford Fiesta. Although the Chevrolet Sonic is a little cheaper, you lose some of the nicer interior features, such as power windows and the option for remote start. The Fiesta is also less expensive, you lose automatic transmission and lose space in the back.
